This includes, on the debt side, tax-exempt bonds (TEBs) and placement of non-profit/501(c)3 finance. On the equity side, low income housing (LIHTC), new markets (NMTC) and historic tax credit (HTC/preservation) equity.
RCLLC only provides advisory services. We are not beholden to any other entity's products or services and we intend to provide our services without conflict. RCLLC is a Municipal Advisor registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB).

Jon started as a CPA (now inactive licensing) with an internationally recognized accounting firm. After 4 years he left as Senior Auditor to become Financial Analyst/Treasurer for a large teaching hospital. Jon transitioned his 7 years at hospital treasury into a career in investment banking. Over the 7 years in a highly recognized bank owned, investment bank, Jon rose in the Public Finance Department to become Managing Director of Housing & Healthcare. Jon possesses Series 50 (Municipal Advisor Representative) and Series 54 (Munipal Advisor Principal) licenses, and at one time possessed Series 7, 53 and 63 securities licenses.
In June 2000, recognizing the need for client capital markets advocacy, Jon formed RCLLC thereby becoming the capital markets consultant that he is today.
Jon is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society Cleveland and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Jon has a Master of Science in Accounting, Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science Business Administration (finance), Boston University.
